24/7 transactions as of 14 March 2021
Check the changes in the services that your company uses. In some cases they might require a one-time adaptation of the processes in your company (SIMP service). We will soon process even more transactions in real time.
What is not changing:
- These transactions will continue to be booked on business days:
- repayment of credit instalments
- POS payments
- payments from the iMoje payment gate
- sealed bag cash deposits to external company’s vaults (in PLN and foreign curencies)
- sealed bag cash deposit to an external cash outsourcer (in PLN and foreign currencies)
- Direct Debit (Polecenie Zapłaty) processing will not change.
- Loan disbursements and allocations under multi-purpose line agreements will be processed according to the provisions of the concluded agreements on business days.
- Fees and commissions will be charged on the existing conditions.

Domestic transfers
Internal transfers (to accounts at ING Bank Śląski) in PLN without conversion will be booked in real time, i.e. also at night, on Sundays and holidays.
Transfers in PLN to other banks in Poland, cleared via Elixir, Sorbnet and Express Elixir, instructed on Sundays and holidays will be booked in real time (your account will be immediately debited). Their receipt by the beneficiary is conditioned by his/her bank’s booking times and the schedule of clearing sessions of Elixir and Sorbnet.

Account statements
Former daily account statements included only transactions effected on the previous day. As of 14 March 2021 we will continue to provide account statements on weekdays, however, in certain situations they will contain transactions from more than one day, i.e:
- account statement for Monday will include transactions made on Sunday and Monday;
- account statement for a day following a holiday will include transactions made on that holiday and that following day.
The above changes also refer to SWIFT MT940 statements sent to other banks.
Monthly statements will be provided as before.
There exists an option to set up an account statement generation on a daily basis so that the statements only contain operations from the previous day. This can, however, require changes in your finance and accounting systems.
Exports:
In the import template format, we are extending the cut-off times for reports generated automatically. The latest available time has been moved from 8:00 pm. To 11:30 p.m. In addition, we will offer an option to generate reports for the previous day in the automatic statement generation mode.
Foreign currency transfers („FX transfers”)
FX transfers between accounts at ING Bank Śląski without conversion (e.g. transfer from a EUR account to the beneficiary’s EUR account in EUR) will be booked in real time.
Other types of FX payments will be processed according to the usual schedule.
SIMP – SIMP – single booking
Payments to virtual accounts will be booked to your current account in real time 24/7, also on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
This means that your first SIMP report generated on a given day you will also include transactions from precious days that were booked after the last report has been generated.
The reports will be generated according to the existing schedule.
There exists an option to set up additional report generation times (later than 10:00 p.m., up to max. 11:50 p.m.) as well as report generation on Sundays and holidays. It requires that a separate instruction is submitted to the bank and may also require changes to the finance and accounting systems of your company.
Cash services
The following cash deposits will be booked to your account in real time:
PLN and foreign currencies deposits in on-line vaults placed at the client’s premises and sealed bag cash deposits via PDA (Personal Data Assistance).
If you have D+1 booking scheme, it will continue to be applied under current conditions
- PLN cash deposits to ING and PlanetCash CDMs (Cash Deposit Machines) and PLN and EUR cash deposits to CDMs placed at the client’s premises.
Payment cards
You will fund your prepaid card account from your current account in the same currency in real time, 24 hours a day. The money will be available on the card immediately. Your current accounts will be prepared for this - you don't need to set up anything. Transfers with currency conversion and credit card manual repayments will be posted as before.
SIMP – aggregated boking
Payments to virtual accounts will be booked to your current account in real time 24/7, also on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
They will be overbooked to your current accounts in the first consolidation on the following business day. They will also be displayed in the first report generated for that consolidation.
This means that the first SIMP report might contain transactions from previous days that were booked after the last consolidation.
Reports will be generated according to the existing schedule, i.e. from Monday to Friday.
There exists an option to set up additional SIMP consolidation and report generation times (later than 8:00 p.m., up to max. 11:50 p.m.) as well as additional times and report generation on Sundays. It requires that a separate instruction is submitted to the bank and may also require changes to the finance and accounting systems of your company.
