ING VAT Group

On 1 July 2024 we established the ING VAT Group, which consists of the following members: ING Bank Śląski S.A., ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A. and SAIO S.A. 

ING VAT Group obtained the status of a VAT payer and assumed the rights and obligations of the group members with respect to VAT.

The ING VAT Group has been assigned a new VAT number PL1070047800, which is applicable exclusively to VAT settlements. ING Bank Śląski, ING Bank Hipoteczny and SAIO since 1 July 2024 have been removed from the register of active VAT payers.

This change does not affect the scope of banking services we provide to you.

If, as our clients, you receive VAT invoices concerning services provided by us from 1 July 2024 onwards, we will provide you with invoices where the ING VAT Group (with a new VAT number) will be indicated as both the seller and the issuer of the invoice.

If you issue VAT invoices for goods and services purchased by us, for invoices where sales occurs after 1 July 2024, please include as a purchaser’s details the following information:
